Trades Freedom Club is Craig Wilkinson's coaching business for UK tradesmen and construction owners. The main offer is the Inner Circle, a 12-month programme of monthly live coaching with a WhatsApp line to Craig, backed by a promise to refund everything if your business has not doubled in a year. The programme's price is not published. A lighter online community on Skool is £99 a month, and the club also sells websites from £6,000.
Growth Bull is software rather than coaching: £69 a month to get Google reviews from every paid invoice and see where you rank. This review is for the joiner or roofer deciding whether a year with a coach or a tool that runs by itself is the better next step.

Who are Trades Freedom Club and what do they sell?
Trades Freedom Club is fronted by Craig Wilkinson, a carpenter and joiner by trade who, according to the site, built, grew and sold a profitable construction company and has been coaching trades owners since 2012, with claims of more than 500 stages and 30,000 tradespeople reached. The limited company, Trades Freedom Club Ltd (company number 15863188), is young: incorporated on 29 July 2024, registered in Barlborough near Chesterfield, with Craig and Sarah Wilkinson as directors. It is active.
The club sells three things:
- The Inner Circle programme: 12 monthly live coaching and accountability sessions with Craig, each on one area of the business (the site lists business evaluation and mindset, time management and marketing strategy among them), a "Business Bible" of 187 plans and worksheets, an online Personal Business Tracker, and a private WhatsApp group with daily access to Craig.
- The Trades Freedom Club community on Skool, listed at £99 a month, with live marketing and coaching sessions, weekly Q&A and accountability calls, templates and a 14-day money-back guarantee. It had 170 members when we looked.
- Websites for trades, built by the club, from £6,000 depending on size and features.
There is also a podcast, Rise Of The Trades, which is where many people first hear of Craig.
What does Trades Freedom Club cost and what is the commitment?
Trades Freedom Club does not publish the Inner Circle price. The route is a free 30-minute strategy consultation, which the site values at £300, and the number comes on the call. The commitment is 12 months.
The published prices are the £99 a month Skool community and websites from £6,000. In our view the unpublished programme fee is the main drawback here; you cannot compare it with TradeCoach's £6,000 to £9,000 or Off The Tools Alliance's £197 to £997 plus VAT a month without a call.
The guarantee is the standout. The site says that if they do not help you grow your business by 100 percent in 12 months they will refund every penny, no questions asked. That is a bolder promise than any other coach we looked at. What the page does not say is how growth is measured (turnover, profit, leads) or what you have to do to qualify, so ask for the terms in writing.
What do customers say about Trades Freedom Club?
Trades Freedom Club shows named case studies on its site, with members describing getting off the tools, winning bigger jobs and getting evenings back, and the homepage claims three times the lead generation and a 34 percent net profit increase for members, with reported growth of 100 to 480 percent. Those are the club's own figures.
We could not find a Trustpilot page for tradesfreedomclub.com in October 2026, and Google and Facebook review counts were not retrievable from public pages. So unlike Trade Mastermind, with its 1,364 Trustpilot reviews, there is no independent score to lean on. That does not mean the coaching is poor; it means the strategy call, the podcast and the guarantee are your evidence.
Who does Trades Freedom Club suit?
Trades Freedom Club suits a construction or trades owner who wants a coach from the same background for a full year, values daily WhatsApp access over a polished course, and is reassured enough by the refund promise to commit to an unpublished fee. The £99 community is a low-risk way to see whether Craig's style works for you.
It suits someone who wants a specific marketing result less well. The Inner Circle coaches you on marketing strategy; it does not run your reviews, your rankings or your ads, and that work still sits with you between sessions.
Where Growth Bull fits instead
Growth Bull does the review and ranking work automatically. Growth Bull's Review Builder connects to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, HubSpot or Pipedrive and sends one text and one email asking for a Google review after every paid invoice. It is £69 a month, with a 7-day free trial and no contract.
Complete Growth at £129 a month adds Rank Map, which scans a grid of points around your town and names who holds number one for your trade, so you can see the map pack (the box of three businesses with a map at the top of Google) change as the reviews land. Keyword Tracker follows your search positions, and AI Visibility asks ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI who they recommend in your town and tells you whether you are named.
Growth Bull will not coach you, and it makes no promise to double your business. If accountability is what you are missing, a coach is the right purchase, and the two sit well together: the programme for the owner, the tool for the reviews.
Verdict
In our view, Trades Freedom Club is a credible, founder-led coaching offer with the boldest guarantee in the market and the least public information: no published programme price and no independent review score we could find. Take the call, get the fee and the guarantee terms in writing, and try the £99 community first if you are unsure.
If reviews and rankings are the actual gap, you can fix that for £69 a month before deciding on a year of coaching. Try Growth Bull free for seven days at growthbull.io/signup, or book a call with Tom.

We could not find a Trustpilot page for tradesfreedomclub.com in October 2026, and Google review counts were not retrievable from public pages.
