Welch Marketing review (2026): Tyler Welch's Meta ads Growth Engine, the double-your-investment guarantee, and a simpler alternative
Welch Marketing is Tyler Welch's agency, UK-registered and run from Dubai, selling a Growth Engine of Meta ads, website, funnel and its own CRM to trade firms turning over £30,000 or more a month. Fees are quoted on a call; ad spend starts at about £600 a month. It has no Trustpilot page we could find. Growth Bull is £69 a month for the Google review and ranking part, with no ad spend.

Welch Marketing is Tyler Welch's agency for UK trade businesses. It sells what it calls the Growth Engine: Meta ads, a website, a funnel, its own WelchCRM, automations and SEO, built and run as one system, for firms its homepage says are turning over £30,000 or more a month. Fees are given on a strategy call, ad spend starts at about £600 a month paid to Meta, and the headline promise is to double your investment in 60 days or keep working free until it has. The company is UK-registered and, by its own banner, now operated from Dubai. We could not find a Trustpilot page for it.
Growth Bull is a different approach: £69 a month of software that gets Google reviews from every paid invoice and tracks your rankings, so the enquiries that come free from Google grow. This review is for the trade firm that has seen the Welch ads and wants the facts before the call.

Who are Welch Marketing and what do they sell?
Welch Marketing Ltd (company number 13328901) was incorporated on 12 April 2021, has an advertising agency SIC code and is active. Its registered office is a Great Portland Street address in London; the site describes the UK company as based in Maidstone, Kent, and says the agency now operates from Dubai Silicon Oasis through a second entity, Welch Web Design FZCO, while staying UK-registered and built for UK trades. The director is Tyler Welch, and the site claims more than 200 tradesmen worked with, 250 or more websites built and ranking, and more than £5 million of client revenue from paid ads.
What a trade firm buys is the system:
- Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram as the lead source, with a landing page and funnel built to convert them.
- WelchCRM, the agency's own CRM, which the site says shows exactly which pound of marketing became which job, with missed-call text-back and automations.
- A website and SEO, either inside the Growth Engine or as separate services.
The homepage's positioning is explicit: for trade businesses turning over £30,000 or more a month, "you've built the business, now build the machine". The case studies are firms of that size: a building services company with 63 leads in its first month and a £160,000 pipeline, and a property services firm with 500 or more leads and more than £1 million of revenue over time. Those are the agency's figures.
What does Welch Marketing cost and what is the commitment?
Welch Marketing does not publish fees. Its site says the price is given clearly on the strategy call with nothing hidden, and that ad spend is separate and paid by you to Meta. The Meta ads page suggests starting at £20 a day, about £600 a month, and claims a typical cost per lead of £10 to £25, with an average of £21.36 given on the homepage. The Growth Engine is an eight-week programme and then month to month with no lock-in; SEO bought on its own carries a 12-month minimum.
The guarantee is the distinctive part: double your investment in 60 days, or keep working for free until we have, based on jobs won as recorded in WelchCRM, plus a 48-hour money-back window after starting and no refunds after that. In our view a results guarantee is worth having and rare in this market, and the detail to get in writing is what counts as a job won, what counts as your investment, and what "keep working for free" covers.
What do customers say about Welch Marketing?
Welch Marketing's site shows a 4.8 Google rating and names client results. We could not find a Trustpilot page for welchmarketing.co.uk in October 2026, and we could not retrieve the Google review count from public pages, so there is no independent score to report here. That is common for a specialist agency, but it means you should ask for two or three client references in your trade and ring them.
Who does Welch Marketing suit?
Welch Marketing suits exactly who it says: an established trade firm turning over £30,000 or more a month, with someone to answer leads quickly and quote, that wants Meta ads, a funnel and a CRM built as one and run by an agency. For lofts, extensions, landscaping, roofing and similar, Meta ads can produce volume, and a CRM that ties leads to jobs is the right way to judge them.
It suits a sole trader or a firm below that turnover less well, and the site says so. Meta leads need fast follow-up and a budget that can absorb weeks of testing, and an agency fee on top of £600 a month of ads is a serious outlay for a one-van business.
Where Growth Bull fits instead
Growth Bull works on the enquiries you do not pay for. Growth Bull's Review Builder connects to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, HubSpot or Pipedrive and sends one text and one email asking for a Google review after every paid invoice. Reviews are one of the main things Google uses to decide who appears in the map pack (the box of three businesses with a map at the top of Google), and they are what a homeowner reads before replying to any ad. It is £69 a month, with a 7-day free trial and no contract.
Complete Growth at £129 a month adds Rank Map, which scans a grid of points around your town and names who holds number one for your trade; Keyword Tracker, which follows your search positions; and AI Visibility, which asks ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI who they recommend in your town and shows whether you are named.
Growth Bull does not run ads, build funnels or guarantee a return. If you are at the size Welch Marketing is built for, a paid-ads system adds volume organic work cannot, and running the tool alongside costs little: the agency for the paid enquiries, the tool for the reviews that close them.
Verdict
In our view, Welch Marketing is a serious option for the trade firm it describes on its homepage, with a clear system and a guarantee most agencies would not offer. The things to settle before signing are the fee, the exact guarantee terms and the practicalities of a UK agency operated from Dubai, such as who you ring and when.
If you are earlier than £30,000 a month, start with the free enquiries. Growth Bull's Review Builder is £69 a month with a 7-day free trial at growthbull.io/signup, or book a call with Tom.
Questions people ask
How much does Welch Marketing cost?
Welch Marketing does not publish its fees. Its site says you get a clear price on the strategy call with nothing hidden, and that Meta ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta on top. Its Meta ads page suggests a starting budget of £20 a day, about £600 a month, and claims a cost per lead of £10 to £25. The Growth Engine runs as an eight-week programme and then month to month; SEO on its own has a 12-month minimum (checked October 2026).
What is the Welch Marketing guarantee?
The site states: double your investment in 60 days, or keep working for free until we have, measured on jobs won and recorded in WelchCRM. There is also a 48-hour money-back period after starting, with no refunds after that. Both are the agency's wording; get the full terms, including how a job won is counted, in writing before you sign.
Who is Tyler Welch?
Tyler Welch is the director of Welch Marketing Ltd, company number 13328901, incorporated on 12 April 2021 with a registered office in London and an operating base, according to the site, in Maidstone, Kent. The site says the agency now operates from Dubai Silicon Oasis through Welch Web Design FZCO while remaining UK-registered and built for UK trades. It claims to have worked with more than 200 tradesmen.
Is Welch Marketing legitimate?
Welch Marketing Ltd is an active UK company with an advertising agency SIC code, and the site carries named case studies, a 4.8 Google rating and a Prestige Award. We could not find a Trustpilot page for it, so judge it on the call, ask for references in your trade, and note that the site itself says it is for trade businesses turning over £30,000 or more a month.
Does Welch Marketing do Google reviews or SEO?
SEO is offered as part of the Growth Engine or on its own with a 12-month minimum. Review requests triggered by each paid job are not described on the site. If you want more Google reviews and to track your map position without ads, that is what Growth Bull does, and it runs alongside any agency.
What is a cheaper alternative to Welch Marketing?
If you are below the £30,000 a month turnover Welch Marketing says it is built for, Growth Bull's Review Builder is £69 a month with a 7-day free trial and no contract. It asks every customer for a Google review after their invoice is paid, which lifts the free enquiries from Google. Complete Growth at £129 a month adds map, keyword and AI visibility tracking.
