AgencyAnalytics and Growth Bull both give agencies white label reports, but they do very different jobs. Growth Bull is a white label platform that does the local work and then reports on it: for $289 a month for five clients, Review Builder brings in Google reviews for every client, the suite tracks their map, keyword and AI rankings, and branded reports go out automatically. AgencyAnalytics is a reporting tool: at $20 per client a month (checked October 2026) it pulls data from 85+ platforms into branded dashboards.
Put simply, one shows the results. The other helps create them.
Which you need depends on what your agency sells. If your clients are local businesses, the gap between the two matters most. For the wider picture, our guide to the best white label SEO reporting tools for agencies in 2026 compares both with SE Ranking, Semrush, BrightLocal and others, and Growth Bull vs Grade.us as an agency review tool is worth reading if reviews are your main service.

What is Growth Bull?
Growth Bull is an all-in-one business growth suite built specifically for local businesses, such as contractors, home service companies, salons, clinics and other service businesses. Its flagship tool, Review Builder, gets real Google reviews automatically after every paid invoice, and the rest of the suite tracks how that growth shows up on Google Maps, in Google search and in AI answers.
Growth Bull is also a white label platform: agencies and freelancers run every tool for every client under their own brand, with white label reports in their logo and colors sent automatically. Every client on an agency plan gets the full suite:
- Growth Bull's Review Builder, Growth Bull's flagship review automation tool, sends each client's customers a text and an email with the client's Google review link after every paid invoice.
- Growth Bull's Rank Map is a Google Maps rank grid that checks the client's position from 49 points every week and names who holds number one wherever they don't.
- Growth Bull's Keyword Tracker checks the client's Google rankings every morning from their own town or nationwide, on desktop or mobile, with every result kept forever (50 keywords per client).
- Growth Bull's AI Visibility is commercial AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI.
- Social Posting with AI is opening soon: it writes and schedules posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Google Business Profile, and turns new five-star reviews into thank-you posts automatically.
Clients can be any local business: contractors and home service companies (plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC, builders, landscapers, cleaners), plus salons, barbers, dentists, clinics, accountants, attorneys, real estate agents, mechanics and cafes. You can read more on the Growth Bull agencies page.
What is AgencyAnalytics?
AgencyAnalytics is a white label reporting platform for marketing agencies.
"White label" means the reports carry your agency's name and branding, not the software maker's, so clients see your work under your brand. AgencyAnalytics also lets you host dashboards on your own custom domain.
It connects to more than 85 marketing platforms and charges $20 per client a month, or about $16.67 billed annually, with a 14-day free trial. A rank tracker and an AI tracker (in beta) are paid add-ons.
What it doesn't do is collect reviews. It reports on data; it doesn't go out and create it.
Is a reporting tool enough for a local business client?
A reporting tool shows a local client what happened, but it won't move their Google Maps ranking on its own.
Here's the thing about local clients. A plumber, a salon owner or a dental practice doesn't really want a dashboard. They want more calls and bookings. And one of the biggest levers for local visibility is Google reviews: Google says local results depend on relevance, distance and prominence, and reviews feed into prominence.
So the monthly report is only as good as the work behind it. If reviews are flat, a beautiful dashboard just shows them being flat, beautifully.
That's the gap Growth Bull fills. Review Builder brings reviews in automatically, then the same report shows the effect on map rankings, keywords and AI answers. You're not reporting on someone else's numbers; you're reporting on work your platform did.
How does review collection work for agency clients?
Growth Bull's Review Builder sends review requests automatically for every client on the agency plan, while AgencyAnalytics does not collect reviews.
Each client connects their accounting or CRM software: Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, HubSpot or Pipedrive. When an invoice is paid, the customer gets one text and one email under the client's business name. One reminder goes three days later if nobody clicks, then it stops. Customers who have already reviewed are never asked again, and you can run win-back campaigns to past customers, a few a day.
Texts are shared across the account: 750 a month on Agency 5 and 1,500 a month on Agency 10.
It also keeps clients inside Google's rules. "Review gating" means only asking happy customers for Google reviews, and Google's review policy prohibits it. Review Builder sends everyone the same Google link, with a private feedback option that's never a gate. That's one less compliance worry for you as the agency.
Why does Review Builder keep agency clients for longer?
Because clients can see it working, every single week.
Most local clients never log in to a dashboard. They do look at their Google profile, though, and when new reviews keep arriving, they know something is happening. It's the one result every customer understands, and it lands under your agency's name.
That changes the renewal conversation. Clients who watch their reviews and rankings climb stay longer, so Review Builder works as a retention tool: it helps reduce churn and raise client lifetime value across your whole book. A reporting tool can only show the numbers. Growth Bull helps create them, then reports on them in your brand.
It's a result that matters to the client's business, too. Reviews are how customers choose who to call, and Google's own guidance lists prominence, including reviews and ratings, as a local ranking factor. More reviews means more calls, and more calls is what your clients are really paying you for.
The rest of the suite gives you more to show at review time:
- Win-back campaigns ask each client's past customers for reviews, a few a day, so new clients see movement quickly.
- A private feedback link lets unhappy customers tell the client first, without ever blocking them from Google.
- A Friday text tells each client how many reviews they gained that week.
- White label reports and up to 10 team logins keep the whole service under your brand.
- Social Posting with AI, opening soon, will turn new five-star reviews into thank-you posts automatically.
How do white label reports compare?
Both tools offer white label reports; Growth Bull sends them automatically with the client's results from its own tools, while AgencyAnalytics offers live dashboards on your own domain.
Growth Bull's reports are weekly or monthly PDFs in your logo and colors, sent automatically to the client's own email, with replies coming to you and no Growth Bull name anywhere on them. You can add notes about the work you've done that month, so the report tells the story of your service, not just the numbers.
Growth Bull gives you up to 10 team logins and a client switcher, so your team moves between accounts quickly. If you give a client their own hub login, the hub itself shows the Growth Bull name; many agencies simply send the PDF and keep the hub to themselves.
AgencyAnalytics builds live, branded dashboards with data from 85+ sources that can sit on your own domain. For an agency that wants a multi-channel client portal, that's a real strength.
What does it cost for 5 and 10 clients?
For five clients, Growth Bull Agency 5 costs $289 a month with the full suite included for every client, while AgencyAnalytics costs about $100 a month for reporting before add-ons.
That's a difference on paper, so it's worth seeing what each price actually buys.
| Monthly cost | 5 clients | 10 clients | What's included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth Bull Agency | $289/mo | $549/mo | Review Builder, Rank Map, Keyword Tracker Plus (50 keywords) and AI Visibility for every client, plus automatic white label reports |
| Growth Bull, per client | $57.80 | $54.90 | The whole suite for each client |
| AgencyAnalytics, base | ~$100/mo | ~$200/mo | White label reporting and dashboards, 85+ integrations |
| AgencyAnalytics + rank tracker add-on (500 keywords) | ~$141.67/mo | ~$241.67/mo | As above, plus keyword rank tracking (add-on billed annually) |
Prices per month, checked October 2026. AgencyAnalytics totals are estimates based on $20 per client a month. Its AI tracker add-on is in beta and not priced here.
If all you need is reporting, AgencyAnalytics is the cheaper deal.
The picture changes once your clients need reviews collected. Then you'd be paying for a reporting tool plus a separate review tool for each client, and that's before a map rank grid or AI visibility checks. Growth Bull puts the whole job in one bill. Our Growth Bull vs BrightLocal for all-in-one local SEO comparison shows what those stacked tools cost.
On contracts, Growth Bull Agency has none: your card is saved for the 7-day trial, nothing is taken until it ends, and you can cancel any month or move up a plan any time. AgencyAnalytics offers a 14-day free trial.
How does AI visibility tracking compare?
Growth Bull includes commercial AI visibility tracking for every client, while AgencyAnalytics offers an AI tracker as a beta add-on.
Growth Bull's AI Visibility asks ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI the buying-intent questions that bring in leads ("Who's the best accountant in Leeds?", "Which roofing company should I call?"), from the client's own town. It keeps AI visibility simple and commercial on purpose. It tracks the assistants people actually use and deliberately leaves out lower-volume platforms such as Perplexity and Grok, so the score reflects where customers really ask. There are no vanity counts of every blog or source an AI cited, just three lead-gen questions: were you recommended, was your website cited, and who was recommended instead. That's a story a local client understands, and it ties AI visibility to leads rather than abstract "share of voice".
Which handles keyword tracking better?
Growth Bull includes daily tracking of 50 keywords for every client, while AgencyAnalytics sells keyword tracking as an add-on of about $41.67 a month per 500 keywords.
Growth Bull's Keyword Tracker checks each client's Google rankings every morning from their own town or nationwide, on desktop or mobile, with every result kept forever. You see change since yesterday, last week and last month, and which page is ranking. For a local client watching the searches that bring in work, 50 is plenty.
AgencyAnalytics' add-on gives you a pool of 500 keywords to spread across clients. If you track very large keyword sets, a bulk tracker goes further; our Growth Bull vs SE Ranking comparison covers that.
Where AgencyAnalytics is better
If all you need is multi-channel reporting at scale, AgencyAnalytics goes deeper.
- More data sources. It connects to more than 85 marketing platforms, so you can report on ads, social and email alongside SEO.
- Your own domain. Dashboards can sit on your custom domain, so the client portal feels fully yours.
- Lowest cost for reporting only. At $20 per client, it's the cheaper option when reviews and rankings aren't part of your service.
Where Growth Bull is better
Growth Bull's advantages come from doing the work, not just showing it.
- Review Builder for every client. Growth Bull's flagship review automation tool collects Google reviews from paid invoices in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, HubSpot or Pipedrive, with texts included.
- A retention tool, not just a report. Clients see new reviews every week under your name, so they stay longer, which helps reduce churn and raise client lifetime value.
- Win-back, private feedback and a Friday text. More ways to show clients progress from the first week.
- Named competitors on the map. Rank Map names who holds number one at each point, so you can show clients exactly who to beat.
- Daily keyword tracking included. 50 keywords per client, checked every morning, every result kept forever.
- Commercial AI visibility tracking, including Claude. Included for every client, asked from the client's own town, rather than a beta add-on.
- Everything in one hub for one price. One bill covers the whole suite and the white label reports, so you're not stacking a review tool, a grid tool and a reporting tool.
- No contract. Scale up or down as you win and lose clients.
Which should you choose?
Think about what your agency actually sells.
If you're a freelancer with five local clients, say a plumber, a roofer, a salon, a dentist and an accountant, and you want to sell "more reviews, better rankings" as a service, Agency 5 at $289 a month gives each client the whole suite, with reports going out under your name.
If you run an agency with 10 local clients, Agency 10 at $549 a month works out at $54.90 a client, with 1,500 texts shared across the account and up to 10 team logins.
If your client is a national or multi-location brand finishing lots of jobs a month, Review Builder turns every paid invoice into a review request at volume, and AI Visibility shows what assistants say about the brand. Book a call with Tom to set it up.
If you run a performance agency with 20 ecommerce clients across ads, social and email, AgencyAnalytics is the better fit. You need wide integrations and your own domain, not review automation.
If you do both, use both: Growth Bull for your local clients' reviews and rankings, AgencyAnalytics for the broader dashboard. Growth Bull vs Semrush is also worth a look if you're weighing a big SEO suite.
Want to see what your clients' reports would look like? Start a 7-day free trial (your card is saved but nothing is taken until the trial ends), or book a call with Tom to talk through your client list.

Growth Bull's Review Builder, its flagship review automation tool, sends requests for every client automatically after each paid invoice.
Can Growth Bull reports be fully white labelled?
Yes. Growth Bull's weekly or monthly PDF reports carry your logo and colors, go to the client's own email, and send replies to you, with no Growth Bull name on them. You can add notes on the work you've done. If a client gets their own hub login, the hub itself shows Growth Bull.
What does Growth Bull Agency include for each client?
Every client on a Growth Bull Agency plan gets Review Builder, Rank Map, Keyword Tracker Plus with 50 keywords and AI Visibility, plus white label reports. Agency 5 costs $289 a month with 750 shared texts; Agency 10 costs $549 a month with 1,500 shared texts. Up to 10 team logins are included.

A reporting tool alone shows numbers; Growth Bull helps create them.

Yes, and some agencies will. Growth Bull gets your local clients reviews and tracks their map, keyword and AI rankings, while AgencyAnalytics pulls in data from ad platforms and other channels for a wider dashboard. It suits agencies with a broad service mix across local and non-local clients.
