Best white label SEO tools for agencies compared, Growth Bull blog

The best white label SEO tool for agencies serving local businesses in 2026 is Growth Bull, because it does the work and reports it. Every client gets Review Builder, Growth Bull's flagship review automation tool, plus Rank Map, Keyword Tracker and AI Visibility, with white label reports in your logo and colours, from $289 a month for 5 clients.

Growth Bull is an all-in-one business growth suite built specifically for local businesses, such as contractors, trades, home service companies, salons, clinics and other service businesses. Its flagship tool, Review Builder, gets real Google reviews automatically after every paid invoice, and the rest of the suite tracks how that growth shows up on Google Maps, in Google search and in AI answers. Growth Bull is also a white label platform: agencies and freelancers run every tool for every client under their own brand.

Other tools are specialists. AgencyAnalytics is the pick for reporting-only dashboards across many channels, at around $20 per client a month (checked October 2026). BrightLocal suits agencies built around citation work, and SE Ranking suits agencies tracking thousands of keywords.

And Review Builder is the big swing. Clients who watch new Google reviews arrive every week, under your agency's name, can see your work paying off, so they stay longer. That helps reduce churn and raise client lifetime value, which no reporting dashboard can do on its own.

The big thing to understand first?

Some of these tools only report. Others actually do the work. Mixing the two up is how agencies end up paying twice. If keyword tracking is your main service, our roundup of the best keyword rank tracking tools is a useful companion to this one.

What is a white label SEO tool?

A white label SEO tool is software that lets you put your own agency's name, logo and colours on the reports your clients receive, so the work looks like it comes from you rather than from the software company.

The name comes from products sold in plain packaging, with a shop's own label added later.

Here's how it plays out. You pay the software company. The tool tracks rankings, collects data or sends review requests in the background. Then your client gets a report with your logo on it, from your email address, and if they reply, the reply comes to you.

Why does that matter? Because your client is paying you for expertise and results. A report covered in someone else's branding invites the question: "Why don't I just buy that tool myself?"

White label covers a few different things, and tools vary in how far they go:

  • Branded reports carry your logo and colours, which is the basic level nearly every tool here offers.
  • Branded emails send those reports to your client automatically, from your agency, so you don't have to forward them by hand.
  • A custom domain means any online dashboard sits on your own web address, such as reports.youragency.co.uk, rather than the software company's.
  • A client login or portal lets your client check things themselves, which is handy, but worth checking for any leftover branding.

Reporting-only tools vs tools that do the work: what's the difference?

A reporting-only tool collects data from other platforms and turns it into branded reports, while a tool that does the work actually tracks rankings, builds citations or sends review requests itself.

This is the most important distinction in this whole post.

Reporting-only tools are like a smart folder. AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo, Whatagraph and Looker Studio connect to platforms you already use, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Search Console, and pull the numbers into one tidy, branded report. They save you hours of copying and pasting. But they don't, on their own, move your client's rankings or win them a single review.

Tools that do the work are the engine. Growth Bull sends review requests automatically after every paid invoice, checks map rankings on a grid, tracks keywords and runs commercial AI visibility tracking, then sends the white label report. BrightLocal tracks map and organic rankings and builds citations (listings of a business's name, address and phone number on directory sites). SE Ranking tracks thousands of keywords. Grade.us and GatherUp send review requests.

So which do you need?

If you already pay for the tools that do the work, a reporting layer pulls it all together. If you don't, a reporting tool alone gives you a nice-looking report with not much to say in it.

Tool Reports only, or does the work? What it does itself
Growth Bull Agency Does the work and reports it Review automation, map rank grid, 50 keywords and AI visibility per client, plus white label reports
AgencyAnalytics Mostly reporting Pulls in 85+ integrations; rank tracker and AI tracker are add-ons; does not collect reviews
BrightLocal Does the work Map and organic rank tracking, citations, AI visibility, review requests on Grow
SE Ranking Does the work Keyword rank tracking; AI Search add-on
Semrush Does the work Full SEO suite including position tracking
Grade.us / GatherUp Does the work Review requests and review monitoring
DashThis Reporting only Dashboards from your connected data
Swydo Reporting only Reports from connected data sources
Whatagraph Reporting only Reports from connected data sources
Looker Studio Reporting only Free report builder with 1,000+ connectors

How we judged them

We ranked each white label SEO tool on what it costs an agency to serve local business clients and what those clients actually get, using each vendor's own pricing pages checked on 1 October 2026.

  • Whether it does the work or only reports on it, as explained above. For local business clients, more reviews and better visibility are the results they pay for.
  • Cost for 5 and 10 clients, because per-seat, per-location and flat pricing are hard to compare until you put real client numbers on them.
  • How complete the white labelling is, including branded emails, custom domains and whether any software branding leaks through.
  • Fit for local business clients, such as contractors, trades and home service companies, plus salons, barbers, dentists, clinics, accountants, solicitors, estate agents, mechanics and cafes.
  • Contracts and trials, so you know how easy it is to start and stop.

Most of these tools price in US dollars, so we've used Growth Bull Agency's dollar price too, so everything lines up.

How much does each tool cost for 5 and 10 clients?

For 5 clients, Growth Bull Agency costs $289 with the review and tracking work included, while reporting-only AgencyAnalytics runs about $100 before add-ons and BrightLocal about $205 to $325.

Here are our estimates. Please read the assumptions underneath, because they change the picture.

Tool 5 clients (per month) 10 clients (per month) What that price includes
Growth Bull Agency $289 $549 Review automation, rank grid, 50 keywords, AI visibility, white label reports
Looker Studio Free Free Reports you build yourself
AgencyAnalytics ~$100 ~$200 Reporting; rank tracker and AI tracker extra
DashThis $139 $139 Professional plan, 10 dashboards
SE Ranking ~$172 ~$172 Core (annual) + Agency Pack, up to 10 projects
BrightLocal ~$205 (Track) to ~$325 (Grow) ~$410 (Track) to ~$650 (Grow) Local tracking; review requests on Grow only
Semrush ~$239 ~$499 SEO plan + Pro Report per client; Pro+ needed above 5 sites
Grade.us Agency From $400 From $400 Review management; minimum 10 seats
Swydo From $49 Not stated publicly Includes 10 data sources
Whatagraph €699 (billed annually) €699 (billed annually) Max plan, reporting only
GatherUp agency Custom pricing Custom pricing Review management

Prices per month, checked October 2026 (Whatagraph in euros). All figures are estimates.

The assumptions behind this table:

  • Each client is one business with one location. BrightLocal and AgencyAnalytics charge per location or per client, so multi-location clients cost more.
  • BrightLocal is the single-location monthly price ($41 Track, $65 Grow) multiplied by the number of clients. Annual billing or grouping locations may lower it.
  • AgencyAnalytics is $20 per client before its rank tracker add-on ($41.67 a month per 500 keywords, billed annually) or its AI tracker add-on.
  • SE Ranking is the Core plan billed annually ($103.20) plus the Agency Pack ($69), which covers up to 10 projects. The AI Search add-on is another $89.
  • DashThis assumes one dashboard per client, so 5 or 10 clients both fit the Professional plan's 10 dashboards.
  • Semrush is the SEO plan ($139) plus a $20 Pro Report per client, moving to Pro+ above 5 sites.
  • Swydo costs depend on how many data sources your clients use, and the price for 10 clients is not stated publicly.

What's the takeaway? The cheapest report is rarely the cheapest service. A $100 reporting bill plus a separate rank tracker, review tool and AI tracker can soon cost more than one platform that does it all.

1. Growth Bull Agency

Best for: the best white label platform for agencies and freelancers serving local businesses, because it does the work and reports it.

Price: $289 a month for 5 clients, about $57.80 a client. Agency 10 is $549 a month for 10 clients, about $54.90 a client. No contract, cancel any month, and the agency trial saves your card but takes nothing until it ends.

Growth Bull is also a white label platform: agencies and freelancers run every tool for every client under their own brand, with white label reports in their logo and colours sent automatically.

Every client gets the full suite, in this order of importance. Review Builder, Growth Bull's flagship review automation tool, sends one text and one email with the client's Google review link after every finished job, triggered automatically from Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, HubSpot or Pipedrive. Everyone gets the same Google link, with no star filter, which keeps you inside Google's rules on soliciting reviews (asking only happy customers is called review gating, and Google doesn't allow it).

Why Review Builder is the retention tool agencies are missing

This is the feature that most separates Growth Bull from every reporting tool on this list.

Most SEO results are hard for a client to feel. Rankings wobble, traffic charts need explaining, and a monthly report full of numbers can leave a client wondering what they're paying for. New Google reviews are different. They arrive every week, the client can read every one, and their own customers mention them. It's the one result everybody understands.

So clients who watch their reviews and rankings climb under your agency's name stay longer. For an agency or freelancer, that means Review Builder helps reduce churn and raise client lifetime value, on top of the SEO work you already sell.

For the client, more reviews mean more calls. Reviews are how customers choose who to ring, and Google's own guide to how local results are ranked lists prominence, including reviews and ratings, as a ranking factor.

It plays fair, too. Unhappy customers also get a private feedback link to tell the business first, never a gate, and a win-back campaign can ask past customers for reviews, a few a day. Clients can also get a text every Friday with the reviews they gained that week.

Each client also gets Rank Map, a Google Maps rank grid that checks 49 points weekly and names who holds #1 where they don't, Keyword Tracker Plus with 50 keywords checked every morning from the client's own town or nationwide, and AI Visibility, which asks ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI the buying questions customers actually ask and shows whether the client is recommended.

Social Posting with AI is opening soon. Write a post once, or let Growth Bull write it, and it goes out to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and the client's Google Business Profile at natural-looking times; "Plan my month" writes a month of posts from the client's own details in one press, and new 5-star reviews turn into thank-you posts automatically. Missed-call text back and quote follow-ups are also coming soon.

Texts are shared across your clients: 750 a month on Agency 5 and 1,500 on Agency 10.

The white label reports go out weekly or monthly as a PDF with your logo and colours, to your client's own email. Replies come to you, there's no Growth Bull name on them, and you can add notes on the work you've done. You get up to 10 team logins and a client switcher, and you can move up a plan any time.

Why is it first? Because your local business clients don't pay you for reports. They pay you for more reviews, more calls and better visibility, and clients who can see those results stay with you. Growth Bull delivers that work and proves it in one branded report, and no competitor at this price combines automated review requests, a map rank grid, daily keyword tracking and commercial AI visibility tracking for every client.

When a specialist goes deeper: if your service is mainly multi-channel reporting on paid ads and social, AgencyAnalytics is the reporting specialist. If citation building is central to your offer, BrightLocal goes deeper there.

2. AgencyAnalytics

Best for: reporting-only dashboards across many marketing channels, such as SEO, paid ads and social.

AgencyAnalytics vs Growth Bull

Growth Bull, captured 1 October 2026

Price: $20 per client a month (checked October 2026), or about $16.67 billed annually. There's a 14-day free trial.

AgencyAnalytics is a polished reporting platform. It connects to 85+ integrations and its white label goes all the way, including your own custom domain. There's a rank tracker add-on ($41.67 a month per 500 keywords, billed annually) and an AI tracker in beta as an add-on.

What it doesn't do: it doesn't collect reviews, and on its own it doesn't do local work like map grids or citations. It reports on work done elsewhere.

Who should skip it: an agency whose clients are local businesses and who doesn't yet pay for the tools that do the work. We compare them side by side in Growth Bull vs AgencyAnalytics for white label reporting.

3. BrightLocal

Best for: agencies built around citation work, with deep local tracking.

BrightLocal vs Growth Bull
BrightLocal homepage hero in October 2026, headed 'Shine bright, locally.', with Google, Capterra and G2 ratings and a Get started button

Growth Bull's agencies page in October 2026, headed 'Every tool that grows your clients in search, under your brand', with a white label weekly report
Growth Bull, captured 1 October 2026

Price: from around $41 a month per location (checked October 2026) for Track, $54 for Manage and $65 for Grow. Annual billing saves 25%. There's a 14-day free trial, no card needed.

BrightLocal's Local Search Grid checks map rankings at sizes up to 15x15. Its Local Rank Tracker follows up to 100 keywords and 4 competitors per location across Google and Bing. AI visibility is included on all plans, covering ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. Citation building is where it really stands out, with a pay-as-you-go Citation Builder from about $2 to $3.20 per site.

White label is on every plan: your logo and colours, automated email reports and a client portal. You can't host reports on your own domain, but BrightLocal's branding is removed from the links.

What it doesn't do: review requests are only on the Grow plan, and contacts are added by hand or by CSV (up to 100 per file). There's no native invoicing or CRM trigger, and it doesn't integrate with Zapier yet.

Who should skip it: an agency whose clients mainly need more reviews coming in automatically. Read more in Growth Bull vs BrightLocal for local SEO.

4. SE Ranking

Best for: agencies tracking thousands of keywords.

SE Ranking vs Growth Bull

Growth Bull's agencies page in October 2026, headed 'Every tool that grows your clients in search, under your brand', with a white label weekly report
Growth Bull, captured 1 October 2026

Price: about $172 a month (checked October 2026): the Core plan at $103.20 billed annually plus the Agency Pack at $69, for up to 10 white labelled projects. There's a 14-day free trial.

SE Ranking does its own tracking, and lots of it: 2,000 keywords checked daily, city or ZIP level, down to the top 100. An AI Search add-on costs another $89.

What it doesn't do: it doesn't send review requests, and it isn't built around map pack grids for local businesses.

Who should skip it: agencies whose clients care more about reviews and Google Maps than about hundreds of keywords. See Growth Bull vs SE Ranking for agencies.

5. Semrush

Best for: agencies already using Semrush for keyword research, audits and competitor analysis.

Semrush vs Growth Bull
Semrush homepage hero in October 2026, headed 'Be found everywhere search happens', with a domain search box
Screenshot of Semrush's website, captured 1 October 2026
Growth Bull's agencies page in October 2026, headed 'Every tool that grows your clients in search, under your brand', with a white label weekly report
Growth Bull, captured 1 October 2026

Price: the SEO plan costs around $139 a month (checked October 2026), plus the Pro Report add-on at $20 a month per report. Our estimate is about $239 for 5 clients and $499 for 10, since you need Pro+ for more than 5 sites. There's a 7-day trial.

Semrush is a huge SEO suite, and its reports sit on top of deep data. Its old Agency Growth Kit has been discontinued, so white label now comes through the Pro Report add-on. Semrush has a G2 rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 4,049 reviews (third-party, G2), with add-on costs and a learning curve among the common complaints.

What it doesn't do: costs climb as you add clients and add-ons, and it's a lot of tool for a small local agency.

Who should skip it: freelancers with a few local clients who don't need the research side. More in Growth Bull vs Semrush Local.

6. Grade.us and GatherUp agency plans

Best for: agencies reselling review management on its own.

Grade.us vs Growth Bull
Grade.us homepage hero in October 2026, headed 'The review management platform for marketing agencies', with a white label dashboard mock-up

Growth Bull's agencies page in October 2026, headed 'Every tool that grows your clients in search, under your brand', with a white label weekly report
Growth Bull, captured 1 October 2026

Price: Grade.us Agency starts from $400 a month (checked October 2026), with a minimum of 10 seats, and a 14-day trial with no card. GatherUp's agency plan is custom priced, with a 14-day trial.

Grade.us sends email, SMS and MMS review requests, and includes free basic white label on all plans, covering custom domain, emails and reports. It connects through an API, Zapier and a WordPress plugin. It has a Capterra rating of 4.8 from 244 reviews (third-party, Capterra).

GatherUp sends up to 300 SMS and 3,000 email requests per location each month, monitors Google and 100+ review sites, and has NPS surveys. Its white label is on the agency plan, and it has a native QuickBooks Online trigger.

What they don't do: neither tracks rankings or AI visibility.

Who should skip them: agencies who also want rank tracking in the same place. We compare them in Growth Bull vs Grade.us for agency review management and Growth Bull vs GatherUp. For the wider review tool market, see the best review automation tools for local businesses.

7. DashThis

Best for: simple branded dashboards for a handful of clients.

DashThis vs Growth Bull
DashThis homepage hero in October 2026, headed 'Bring your marketing reports into the conversation', with an email sign-up box
Screenshot of DashThis's website, captured 1 October 2026
Growth Bull's agencies page in October 2026, headed 'Every tool that grows your clients in search, under your brand', with a white label weekly report
Growth Bull, captured 1 October 2026

Price: the Individual plan costs $44 a month (checked October 2026) for 3 dashboards, and the Professional plan costs $139 a month for 10. There's a 14-day free trial.

White label is on every plan, and you pay by dashboard, not by data source.

What it doesn't do: it's reporting only.

Who should skip it: anyone who doesn't already have tools doing the tracking and review work.

8. Swydo

Best for: low-cost automated reports.

Swydo vs Growth Bull
Swydo homepage hero in October 2026, headed 'The #1 Automated Reporting and Monitoring Tool for Online Agencies', with a report mock-up

Growth Bull, captured 1 October 2026

Price: from $49 a month (checked October 2026), including 10 data sources. There's a 14-day free trial.

What it doesn't do: it's reporting only, and costs depend on how many data sources you connect.

Who should skip it: agencies who need the tracking itself, not just the report.

9. Whatagraph

Best for: larger agencies wanting a premium reporting platform.

Whatagraph vs Growth Bull
Whatagraph homepage hero in October 2026, headed 'AI-ready marketing intelligence built for scale', with a unified data hub screenshot

Growth Bull's agencies page in October 2026, headed 'Every tool that grows your clients in search, under your brand', with a white label weekly report
Growth Bull, captured 1 October 2026

Price: the Max plan costs €699 a month billed annually (checked October 2026).

What it doesn't do: it's reporting only, and the price puts it out of reach for most freelancers and small agencies.

Who should skip it: anyone with fewer than a few dozen clients.

10. Looker Studio

Best for: agencies with time and skill to build their own reports.

Price: free, from Google.

Looker Studio has 1,000+ connectors, so you can pull in almost anything. Branding is up to you, because you build every report yourself.

What it doesn't do: it does no tracking of its own, and building and maintaining reports takes time. Your time isn't free, is it?

Who should skip it: busy freelancers who'd rather spend those hours on client work.

How to choose the right white label SEO tool

The right white label tool depends on what your clients pay you to deliver, so start there, not with the report.

Ask yourself: what does my client want to see improve? Then pick the tool that moves that number and reports it well.

If your clients are local businesses who want more Google reviews, more calls and better visibility, Growth Bull Agency is built for you: $289 covers Review Builder, Rank Map, Keyword Tracker and AI Visibility for five clients, with white label reports sent automatically. Review Builder gives clients a result they can see every week, which helps you keep them longer.

If you run ads, social and SEO across many channels, AgencyAnalytics is the reporting specialist. Pair it with the tools that do the work.

If citation building is the core of your service, BrightLocal is the specialist.

If your service is mostly keyword tracking at volume, SE Ranking with its Agency Pack gives you up to 10 white labelled projects for about $172.

If you have national or multi-location clients, Growth Bull turns every paid invoice into a review request at volume; book a call with Tom to set it up.

If you sell review management on its own, look at Grade.us or GatherUp. If budget is zero and time isn't, Looker Studio is free.

And if map rankings are central to your offer, our guide to the best local rank tracking tools for map grids covers the specialists.

Questions people ask

What does white label mean in SEO?

White label means a tool lets you put your own agency's name, logo and colours on the reports and dashboards your clients see, instead of the software company's branding. Your client sees a report from your agency. The tool does the work in the background, and you present the results as your own service.

What is the best white label platform for agencies serving local businesses?

Growth Bull is our pick, because it does the work and reports it. Every client gets Review Builder, Growth Bull's flagship review automation tool, plus Rank Map, Keyword Tracker and AI Visibility, with white label reports in your logo and colours sent automatically, from $289 a month for 5 clients.

What is the cheapest white label SEO reporting tool?

Looker Studio is free, but you build every report yourself. Among paid tools, DashThis starts at $44 a month for 3 dashboards, Swydo starts at $49 a month, and AgencyAnalytics costs $20 per client a month. These are reporting tools: they show data from other tools rather than doing the SEO work.

Do white label reporting tools collect reviews or track rankings?

Mostly no. AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo, Whatagraph and Looker Studio pull data from other platforms into branded reports. AgencyAnalytics offers a rank tracker add-on, but it does not collect reviews. Growth Bull, BrightLocal, SE Ranking and Grade.us do the tracking or review work themselves.

How much does a white label SEO tool cost for 5 clients?

For 5 clients, expect around $100 a month with AgencyAnalytics before add-ons, about $172 with SE Ranking and its Agency Pack, $205 to $325 with BrightLocal for single-location clients, and $289 with Growth Bull Agency, which includes review automation and tracking. These are estimates based on prices checked in October 2026.

Can clients see Growth Bull's name on white label reports?

No. Growth Bull's white label PDF reports carry your logo and colours, go to your client's own email, and replies come to you, with no Growth Bull name on them. If you give a client their own login to the hub, the hub itself shows Growth Bull.
